GaDOE recognizes 2017-18 PBIS schools

The Georgia Department of Education recognizes schools at different levels of implementation with their Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports frameworks. All of the District PBIS trained schools received an additional five points to their overall climate score, which potentially led to an increased School Climate Star Rating for the 2018-2019 school year.

Each level includes schools that have completed GaDOE training, fidelity activities, and show declining or stabilizing discipline data indicators: office discipline referrals (ODR), in-school suspension (ISS), and out of school suspension (OSS).

We are proud of our District schools that were recognized for their Positive Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
