Our school has approximately 425 students in grades pre- kindergarten through fifth. We are a Title I School with 100% free lunch to all students.

At J. D. Davis Elementary School, we strive for Excellence Without Exception and hope to inspire all students to achieve unlimited potential.
We are proud to have numerous students who have been recipients of the Columbus Scholars Program. There were three students inducted in this tremendous mentoring program in 2014 - 2015 and two students inducted in 2015 - 2016. This is a proud tradition that will definitely be continued at J. D. Davis Elementary School.
During the 2015 - 2016 school year, we had a student who represented us well as a recipient of the Rising Star Program sponsored by the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office.
