Hardaway High School is committed to educating ALL students under the guidance of our dedicated staff members. Hardaway recently celebrated its 50th Anniversary. Students are offered a variety of courses and extracurricular activities.

Students have a variety of educational pathways to choose from. Students may complete an advanced academic pathway through enrollment in the (magnet) International Baccalaureate Programme. The IB Programme is a rigorous pre-university course of studies that meets the needs of highly motivated secondary school students. Students may pursue the IB Diploma, IB Career Certificate, and the International Skills Diploma Seal.

Career pathways include Business Education, Marketing, Healthcare, Construction, and JROTC. Fine arts pathways include Theater, Visual Arts, Band, Chorus, and Orchestra. World language pathways include Latin, French, Japanese, and Spanish.

School Accolades

2017: Academic Decathlon Team Finished 3rd place is overall state competition. 2nd place in Division I State. State Qualifier for 13 consecutive years.

2017: Exchange Club's Youth of the Year: Rawlanda Hercules

2016: Student Growth Awards for Algebra (3rd) and US History (1st).

2016: four-year graduation rate of 90.3% was the highest on record.

2016: Sixteen graduates earned the International Skills Diploma Seal (ISDS)
