You will still use the Employee Online application to view your paystub/W2 after leaving district employment. Approximately two weeks from your departure date, you will receive a letter from HR containing your Employee Online credentials. Use these credentials to log into Employee Online. You will be prompted to change your password on successful login.

A student’s login is their email address which is their Georgia Testing Identifier number (GTID) at mcsdgas.com.
Example: 0000000000@mcsdgas.com
The password is the student’s network password.

Make sure you have the correct login information obtained from your child’s teacher.
PLEASE NOTE: The student must login with this exact user name and password at school before attempting to access Office 365. You will not be able to access Office 365 to download the software until your child authenticates (logs in) with this user name and password at school.

Contact the school of the child that is missing to have the child properly linked to your account.
To view daily grades (homework, classwork, tests, etc.) for students in grades 1-12 (the only grade levels that have daily grades in Campus), click the “Grades” link on the left side.
After five unsuccessful login attempts, Infinite Campus disables your account for security purposes. You will need to contact your child school and request your account be reset.
If you have setup your portal account, then you no longer need the letter, just login to the portal. If you have not setup your account, then you will need to go back to your child school to get another letter.
