Former Muscogee County School District students may request a copy of their high school transcript for education, employment, or personal purposes. Beginning July 1, 2016, the cost to receive your transcript is $10 payable with money order, cashier's check, or exact change.
Yes. We will mail an official copy of your transcript to the educational institution of your choice. Please be prepared to furnish us with the name and address.
Yes. Please furnish us with the name and address of your employer and an official copy of your transcript will be mailed.
No. All official transcripts must be mailed from the Records Department.
Yes. We will need your signature and a copy of your ID, passport, or military ID to process this request.
The official transcript will be stamped "Official" and placed in a sealed envelope and mailed directly to the institution of your choice. The unofficial transcript is not stamped "Official" and can be given to you (the student).
