Magnet Schools - Magnet Programs

General Information

Open House sessions for elementary school, middle school and high school magnet programs are scheduled throughout the fall. Parents and students will have the opportunity to learn about the different magnet programs, the application process, and requirements at these open house sessions. All prospective students are required to apply online and complete entrance criteria when the Online Magnet Application Process opens (Fall for elementary schools and secondary schools).

Out-of-county and out-of-state students are not eligible to attend Columbus High School Liberal Arts Magnet. There is an exception for Muscogee County School District employees. If accepted, the employee must pay the applicable tuition rate for out-of-county or out-of-state residency for each child.
