General Information

Records Management Services stores student records, yearbooks, and building history for the Muscogee County School District dating back to the 1800's. For a copy of a transcript or other school document, please complete a request and submit to Records Management Services.

What do I need to get my Transcript?

You will need a valid ID, passport or military ID, and a $10 payment.

How long does it take to get a copy of my transcript?

Once a completed request is submitted, we will respond within 3 business days.

Is there a cost for my records?

Beginning July 1, 2016, there will be a minimal cost of $10 for a copy of your transcript, $25 for a duplicate diploma, and $25 for a copy of your student records/IEP records. We will accept a money order, cashier's check, or exact change as payment.

Will you mail an official copy of my transcript to a college of my choice?

Yes, if you furnish us with the name and address of the college or educational institution, we will mail an official copy of your transcript.
